Q1: Do you make sculptures from photos?
A1: Yes, absolutely. We are actively working to obtain authorization from more celebrities, but most celebrity sculptures still need to be made from photo references. For elderly individuals, we can only create their sculptures based on photographs.
Q2: When can I get a quote?
A2: We typically provide a quote within 12 hours of receiving your inquiry. If you need an urgent quote, please call us directly.
Q3: How long will it take to receive my sample or product?
A3: For a brand-new wax figure without an existing mold, production typically takes about 4 months. If it's an existing figure we already have in our catalog, delivery can be as fast as 1 month. For samples, since all models are 1:1 life-size and very large, shipping costs are also significant — we encourage clients to visit our factory to view samples in person.
Q4: What shipping methods do you use?
A4: Given the large size of our products, sea freight is the most cost-effective option. If you're planning to order, we recommend sending your order details as early as possible so we can arrange logistics. Of course, air freight and express courier services are also available upon request.
Q5: How long is your warranty?
A5: All handcrafted figures require face and hand makeup, and over time the colors may fade. We recommend maintenance every 6 months. We provide one year of free maintenance service. After that period, we continue to offer free labor — you only need to cover travel and accommodation expenses. We also train our clients on daily care routines to ensure your sculptures stay in perfect condition.
Q6: What if I receive a damaged product?
A6: Receiving a damaged product is uncommon, but accidents can happen during transit due to ship movement, truck collisions, or improper handling. Please take photos of the packaging before opening it. If the packaging is intact but the product is damaged, we take full responsibility. If both packaging and product are damaged, the logistics company is liable. Our commitment: regardless of who is at fault, we will do our best to ship a replacement to you free of charge in the shortest time possible.
Q7: What are your payment and shipping terms?
A7: We accept EXW and FOB shipping terms, with payment available via T/T (bank transfer) and L/C (letter of credit).
